As the founder and creative director of High Standard Productions, Devonnte works across event films, brand stories, interviews, podcasts, social content, and community-centered productions. He stays involved from the first conversation through final delivery so the original vision never gets lost between planning, filming, and editing.
His approach is professional but personal: listen first, communicate clearly, make people comfortable on camera, and never treat a client’s project like a copy-and-paste job. He brings the same level of care whether he is documenting a major business event, building a recurring content system, capturing a meaningful conversation, or helping a founder tell their story for the first time.
Devonnte built HSP for people who care about what they are creating and want a production partner who cares with them. When a project calls for a larger team, he brings in trusted camera operators, photographers, audio support, and production crew while maintaining one clear creative direction.
